When I got frustrated from looking he told me to let him do his job and he would find me something. When the home inspection wasndone however the electricity had been turned off and the inspectors had to come back and there was an additional $150 due for that additional inspection he promised I wouldn't have to paid for that and it was taking care of.

ZillowVERIFIEDI am now a home owner of a 4 bedroom 2 bath in the beautiful Rio Linda neighborhood. I was blessed to have the best real estate agent, Justin Edwards. He listened to us, educated us, and supported us every step of the process and genuinely cared about putting us in a home and financial situation that was best for our family. His Communication skills and responding to question was incredible. He made me feel at peace during a process that could have been stressful and intimidating. When it did get a A little frustrated he helped calm me down and help to find a solution. Thanks once again for all your help and knowledge. We will see you next time around
ZillowVERIFIEDJustin represented my Wife and I on our recent home purchase. When we met Justin, we had been through a few bad experiences with previous agents and were ready to give up on the process. From the moment we first met at an open house, Justin got to work for us. He is the epitome of hard work and dedication. He helped guide us through the home buying process, gave sound advice when it was warranted and always had a Plan B. Justin made it happen for us when we were previously told it could not. He linked us with a lender who had the right program for us, and also negotiated a very good deal in a neighborhood we did not think would be attainable at the start of our search. I would definitely work with Justin again in the future. You should seriously consider him if you are in the market for a new home.
