One of the main ones is that when an offer was put onto the table he instantly shot back that he wanted to raise his commission by 3/4 percent... stating that there was going to be all this extra work involved when there really wasn't any extra work he needed to do...I didn't really think about it when I agreed but that's several thousand dollars...but since I had irrationally agreed I was locked in...when the seller countered I saw an opportunity to resolve that bogus extra charge..However Justin didn't initially was to relent and because of his greed he was jeopardizing the sale....
