He was the opposite of the first one: much more strategic about how to sell the house, far better marketing, and kept me up to date on activity and developments with the house. He also went above and beyond, helping with things at the house on my behalf to save we the 3 hour round trip. That is true value-added in my book! Also, Justin is fun to work with. ZillowVERIFIED Justin DeCrosta was phenomenal! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Justin. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Justin, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. Justin is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We were very picky when it came to finding our home. It took a few months with numerous showings however Justin was always patient, knowledgeable and kind. Justin worked hard for us and never gave up even when we almost did. I am happy to say we are in our first home now, thanks to Justins efforts and we are very grateful. We love our new home.
