He sold all three of my houses and we got offers within 2 days for all of my properties after they were listed. I could not believe it!Here is my story: I had 3 rental properties which I wanted to sell one at a time. I signed a 6 months contract with the previous realtor to sell the first property. They just listed on the MLS and did nothing else. The photos on the MLS looked like they were taken from an old cell phone. Looked horrible. I did mention to the realtor about the quality of the photo and they assured me the photos were fine. Throughout the 6 months listing, we only had 3 people look at the house. Yes 3 people! She told me that the market was very slow right now and that she had a friend who was a realtor and experiencing the same problem. She said she would send out an "email blast" to local realtors so they would be aware of my house. Right before the 6 months contract was up, I contacted Justin due to his great reviews. He told me that the market was great and that houses were selling quick. He was confident he would be able to sell my home. He went over his marketing strategy and I felt very comfortable. He used a professional photographer, staged the home virtually, and advertised in nearby military bases. As I mentioned before we got multiple offers the same day it was listed. I was in total disbelief. He gave me his professional opinion on which offers were good.. Closed that house in 30 days. He is that good. After that, I sold 2 more properties with him and received top dollar. Not only is he professional, he is very down to earth and it was always a pleasure talking to him on the phone. He is the real deal. I am so grateful that I found him. I highly recommend him without any reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in a situation where we needed to sell a home in Los Lunas that had been derelict for some time as all of the family had moved on to other states years ago. I cold-called (from Seattle) after reading his reviews here on Zillows. He recommended people to help clean up the property as well as clean up the title which was a bit murky.The process was email, text, and phone aside from a brief in-person meet while I was in NM for the weekend & he came up with a strategy where we sold for cash, over asking price. Justin invested a lot of time early in the process where he certainly couldn't have been guaranteed a commission as we were initially unsure what to do with the property (sell, flip, rent, etc.) but he was always there to answer a question or point us in another direction.Seriously-- if you need a real estate agent, give him a call!

ZillowVERIFIED From the first meeting with Justin I felt very comfortable. He listened to our family story about the house I was ready to put on the market. When he entered the home his first comment was WOW! This was a family owned home since it was first built and lots of love and care had been given to this property. It was a bitter sweet sell but Justin made every step of the way extremely manageable. With the numerous occasions that I needed a conversation he was very quick to respond each and every time. Communication is one of the highest traits I appreciate with people you are working with and Justin is at the top of my score board for that! He took extreme care in detail during the entire process. We had the house under contract and the first buyer pulled out. We placed the house back on the market the next day and had another immediate buyer. Within a couple of weeks we were in signing closing papers. He's well respected by his fellow connections in the business and it shows with their quick response to whatever needs to be done. I greatly appreciated all that Justin did with me on this sale and would highly recommend him to anyone who asks. ZillowVERIFIED I likely won't have enough space to express how impressed we were with Justin. My wife and I ventured to purchase our first home at the beginning of this year. We did not know any realtors and didn't really know how to find one that would fit our needs. The first house we wanted to look at was listed on Zillow so we used Zillow to schedule a showing. Justin called me on the phone 20 minutes after I requested the showing and offered to show me the house on New Year's Day. We met him at the house and he immediately struck me as professional, courteous and interested in making sure he met our expectations. After sensing that we were not very excited about the house he was showing us, he spent 30 minutes visiting with us and getting to know what we were looking for. By the time we got home from that showing, Justin had emailed me 5 houses that met the criteria we described to him and offered to start setting up showings for us. The following weekend, we looked at those 5 houses and were very taken with one of them. Even though it was not the one Justin expected us to like, he took it all in stride and worked with us to start the process. He guided us through a multiple offer scenario, answered every question we asked promptly and as a result we were able to successfully place an offer on the house and purchase it. As a result of Justin's tireless efforts, we were able to purchase our dream home and be extremely confident in the process. He set us up with an excellent lender and inspectors and ensured everything happened on schedule. He also functioned as a trustworthy liaison to the seller and made the process way less stressful than we expected it would be. Many of our friends have purchased homes in the past year and they often talk about how stressful and confusing the process was. Justin streamlined everything, explained everything and ensured he was always available for us. I have recommended Justin to everybody I know who is looking for a house and have joked that others should buy a house just so they can work with Justin.
