They suggested repairs to help sell our house fast, facilitated inspections, offered contractors to do all repairs required. These guys are honest, trustworthy and worked with urgency. Review My family has worked with Justin and Stephen for two home purchases and one home sale. During each of these, they were knowledgable, honest, trustworthy, and responsive. We have referred many friends and family to them and have yet to hear a negative report from anyone. They are Pittsburgh real estate and home-owning experts. And once you are done buying or selling your home, they still stay in touch with you. We have turned to them for years to get recommendations and referrals for all things home-repair and maintenance. We don't hire anyone to do work in or on our houses without talking to them first. And even though we are no longer looking to buy or sell, they still help us with advice whenever we need it. They helped us negotiate the best prices for our home purchases and guided us through the process of selecting from the offers on the home we sold. They are great and you will not regret working with them!

Review Justin and Stephen were great to work with while selling our home. They did everything up to helping us decide what renovations to make before we listed and advising us on the best time to list in our neighborhood in order to give us a time table for the renovation. Because we had already purchased our new home and had moved out of state, having realtors we could trust to do the right thing was essential for us. In the end we got more than we had hoped for for our house and everyone on both sides of the transaction was able to walk away feeling good about everything.

Review Three years ago I bought a place in Dormont and Stephen had the unfortunate honor of being the realtor that was suggested to me. I can't imagine having a more knowledgable or patient person on my side as a first time home buyer. Stephen rolled to pretty much every part of Pittsburgh with me and showed me probably 30+ homes over the course of several months and was incredibly patient with me, a first time home-buyer. His knowledge and experience was a difference maker, he always knew the right questions to ask and the right resources to get a hold of. Review Cummings Brothers are professional, attentive and personable, and I've worked with them not once, not twice, but three times now! The first time, they sold my mother's condo. Everything went great with that sale, which then allowed them to help me purchase a home in Lawrenceville - that was a good experience. Finally, they helped me purchase an investment property in Lawrenceville where they facilitated my dealing directly with the owner. That worked out well too. These transactions occurred 2014-2017.They'll get it done for you, again and again.
