ZillowVERIFIEDThe Best. Hands down. My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Justin in our 18 month plus search for our home. He was honest, reassuring, patient, and an invaluable resource for all of our questions. He was always completely honest and transparent and kept his cool even when we wanted to lose ours. My husband calls him "the GOAT," and I whole heartedly agree. Our closing was so smooth, there were no surprises, and it was on time. Cannot recommend him enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin is a fantastic realtor, he is super easy to work with, and he supports his clients at every step of the way. He clearly knows his stuff, and thanks to his expertise we were able to complete a very smooth sale of our house. Selling a house can be stressful but Justin always went above and beyond to make sure we would close without any issues. I am grateful that we could work with him and I definitely recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin is a great realtor! He is calm and collected and makes sure our needs are met. He makes the process easy and efficient. Every step of the way was smooth and we closed on time with no hiccups. I especially loved the matrix he makes to show all the offers and their points- makes for an easy decision that could otherwise be stressful. He brought in a stager, gave great tips, and put us in contact with services to help with our move. Will definitely work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling your house with Justin representing you is a very pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable of his market and an expert in marketing your house. We got the most bang for the buck in our house when it was sold way above asking price.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin Croft once again outdid himself! This was our second time working with Justin and his expertise and strategy led a smooth sale of our home in just 48 hours. He makes every step of a stressful time a breeze and we'd definitely work with him again. Especially understood the ever changing dynamics of the Dallas housing market and we felt like our tactics were perfectly tailored to our situation.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin has been referred to us by a realtor in L.A, and he has been just amazing from the beginning to the end. He walked us into houses remotely from Europe, teaching us all the tricks with real estate in Texas, going to a point where he convinced us out of some houses thanks to his experience. Once in Dallas, he continued to be super available. He really knows his job, has really good knowledge of renovation work etc. He was super responsive and available. Would work with him in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED A word on our experience buying with Justin CroftFantastic. Justin had everything expected in a good agent: knowledge of the market, great counsel, an easy to work with personality.Three areas where Justin was beyond a good agent: His availability. He answered calls, texts, and emails or respond to them quickly. If we needed a showing when he was otherwise booked, someone from his staff would make it happen. His perfect use of communication method. Something for your records? He would email. Need to know now? He'd text. Too complex for a text or email? He'd call. It is remarkable how easy that makes communication and the process as a whole.Last, he was really our agent, working on behalf of us. There was no pressure to force a sale. He'd counsel on how to get a lender moving. He provided a script for my phone call with the title company. He laid out all options. We never had a concern that anything Justin said or did was for anyone's benefit but ours.I hope this praise paints a picture of how happy we are with Justin Croft. But perhaps all you need to know when we need an agent again, we will go out of our way to get Justin.

ZillowVERIFIED I started my house search journey with Justin Croft about 3 years ago. Right from the start I knew it was going to be a painless process with him. I'm a first time home buyer and Justin made everything so simple, and walked me through so many things and what to expect as a first time buyer. I'm truly blessed and lucky to have met such a patient, genuine and kind Realtor like him. After 3 years, I finally nailed the house I was always searching for in the beautiful community of Viridian! He was there for me every step of the way, and was always easy to contact and easy to talk to. I recommend him HIGHLY!!!! for anyone searching for a home as he wants to make sure nail the home of your dreams. Thanks again to Croft Real Estate Group. ZillowVERIFIED There isn't enough room for all the positive things we could say about working with Justin. My husband and I have used Justin to buy and sell two homes, and we will never use another realtor. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of and always makes himself available to answer questions. Justin is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he listens to his clients and makes the buying and selling process more smooth than we thought possible. We have had a truly amazing experience with Justin and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

Since I wasnt in Dallas, Justin helped arrange several reliable maintenance folks that I didnt have access to. Overall would highly recommend Justin!

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further, you have found the only real estate agent you'll ever need. Justin and his team helped my wife and me with the both the sale and purchase of a home. They were always available to answer any question, big or small, with a smile. Justin is excellent at reducing complex conundrums down to simple, practical choices. He makes one of life's most daunting decisions into a manageable, even fun, experience. You will walk away from a closing feeling confident that you, and he, have done the right thing.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Justin in buying and selling our homes and so decided to have him help my parents find their new home. After looking at house after house on multiple occasions, Justin realized that nothing we were seeing was what we actually wanted. He started over and made a new list of must haves for the new search and within minutes, found the perfect place. Within 1 hour, we had viewed the property and were so excited and in love, that we immediately went to place a deposit the very next day. My parents were purchasing the home from out of town so he made sure they were always informed and did everything in his power to make it as smooth a transaction as possible. Not only did he volunteer to help with the blue tape walk through, he did it with a smile and is always beaming positive energy and vibes. There was not one instance where I felt overwhelmed because I was always well informed. Even when the transaction on closing day didnt go as planned (our fault), he promptly took action to ensure we could get everything sorted out so we could close the next day. Hes always been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him over and over again. He really is the best out there and I couldnt be happier. Justin will go the extra mile for you. Let him represent you. You wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for the best realtor in town, you found him. Whether you are buying or selling a home, you need to trust your realtor; there is no one that I trust more than Justin Croft to get the job done.Ive used Justin on three occasions to sell or buy a home. Each time he has fought hard to make sure I was beyond satisfied with the outcome; and each time we have gotten our dream home in our price target or sold in the sweet spot.Never in the process have I felt pressured to action or misinformed. He is a true professional who knows the DFW market extremely well. His top priority is always putting your interest first, going above and beyond to make your experience buying or selling a home the best it can possibly be.I was just looking for a realtor, but I think my family found a friend for life.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was amazing! We ran into some inspection issues on the house we were buying and Justin helped us worked through these, get a great estimate and got us money to do these repairs. We used the service he got estimates from. We almost did not get this house, another purchase offer came in first and was accepted. But the deal fell apart and Justin texted us from his family skiing vacation to let us know it was back on the market, and we offered and got it! He has tremendous experience to deal with any issue that comes up. Buying a home is a major life event so while would you want anyone who is not a professional with lots of experience? Recommend Justin highly!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Justin to list our home and had a wonderful experience. We had a relocation company involved and Justin's experience with relo companies (as well as other agents not so familiar with relos) ensured a smooth transaction. His marketing strategy earned us 5% more than what three other brokers suggested. Justin provided a professional, honest approach and went above and beyond. I highly recommend him and already have (my friend's home is closing this month).

ZillowVERIFIED Justin is a best in class realtor! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Dallas market and real estate deals generally (and in particular relocation deals which was a tremendous advantage for us). He is also an excellent negotiator and was able to help us secure the best available deal for selling our property. We appreciated that he didn't hold back in telling us how we needed to improve our property to better attract buyers (which included a consultation with his fabulous staging expert). Lastly, Justin is incredibly responsive and made us feel like we were his only client (even though we knew we were not!).

ZillowVERIFIED We were searching for our first home in the midst of a very hot market. With little idea of what we were looking for and tons to learn, Justin was a perfect guide. Justin took the time to walk us through many, many houses. Hed take a walk around to find any potential issues while we explored for ourselves and then hed solicit our feedback. After hearing our thoughts, hed give us his honest input. The conversations that took place in each house taught us so much and allowed us to know, without a shadow of a doubt, when we found the right one. We so appreciate all of the time and thought Justin put into helping us find the perfect first house and throughout the entire purchasing process. We have settled in and absolutely love our home, thanks in large part to Justin!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend! Justin exceeded our expectations and was instrumental in selling our house quickly and smoothly. We needed to relocate (quickly) due to new positions and Justin advised us on how best to ready our home for sale, market it, and work through the negotiation process with potential buyers. Justin helped take away the stress of selling our home during a time that was very stressful for us otherwise. He and his team were always very responsive to questions. I really appreciated that Justin was very knowledgable about the real estate market and our area and was able to teach me about the process without talking over my head. Again, I would highly recommend Justin to assist you with the sale/purchase of your next home!

ZillowVERIFIED The challenges of buying a home are daunting, and in our case they were doubly so. As first time home buyers we were also out of state buyers. The idea of having to buy a home and go through the process while not living in the same city was scary, to say the least. Thankfully we were referred to Justin Croft, and after our first phone conversation with him we knew he had the knowledge, experience, dedication, and, most importantly, the empathy to guide us through the experience. And guide us he did. Justin was always ready with a thoughtful response to every little question, and to provide insight beyond just a simple answer. Being on a relocation deadline did not make matters any easier for us and as the date approached, stress came along. But Justin was always the voice of reason, reminding us that he would not only help us find a home, but a home we would love. We are happy to report that we are, indeed, living in the home that Justin promised. He went above and beyond during the entire process and made sure that we understood every aspect of it. We would recommend Justin to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.
