He had amazing suggestions that helped the house to sell fast: 1) We changed the backsplash of the kitchen 2) We staged the home 3) We offered a 3/1 buydown for the loan of the buyer. Each visit here, it just solidified my desire to end up in ?The Valley of the Sun.? Because of our circumstances, 2023 was going to be the year! Although I/we visited many times, we knew that having an expert in the real estate world was going to be key to make our move across the country from Maryland to Arizona successful. My husband and I did our research and came across Justin?s profile. We knew that his education and the number of years helping buyers/sellers (plus his stellar reviews!), that he was going to be the agent for us. We started talking to him in January 2023 to get the ball rolling. We decided to come out in May to look at some newer areas that we had never heard of before and Justin took time out of his schedule to show us houses in our price point (although we were not ready to buy yet). I came back out in August and found my little piece of Arizona heaven and settled on our house almost two weeks ago! Justin is super friendly and communicative and was willing to answer any and all questions that we had although we have bought and sold homes before. Because of living across the country, Justin was gracious enough to do things and ?Marco Polo? on our behalf so we didn?t have to make additional trips while we were trying to wrap up things in Maryland. If we ever decide to sell/buy again, we will definitely use Justin?.no questions asked! We cannot say enough awesome things about him! He?s phenomenal!

When we bought our first home in 2007, we saw that, every month, there would be a copy of Justin?s newsletter on every door in the neighborhood.
