ZillowVERIFIED Justin Carroll was referred to us to as a realtor that would be able to assist us with a rental property that we were trying to sell. We really liked the fact that we were able to sign all of our listing documents on line. Justin listed the property and with in 2 months we had a buyer. Due to the type of listing the sale was a little longer than normal. Justin, always explained the process of the steps in the sale. He wast prompt in answering our questions and concerns. Justin was very professional throughout the entire process of the sale. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, Justin made the entire process so simple. He explained everything along the way and was constantly checking in to see if we had any questions. He put us in contact with a great mortgage lender and home inspector. Justin handled just about every aspect of the transaction, from coordinating with the lender to scheduling inspections. He went out of his way to get various quotes on some home improvement projects we would be facing so we were able to properly negotiate with the seller. Justin even went above and beyond by getting us a free washer and dryer from another sale where neither the seller nor buyer would be needing them. I cannot recommend him enough. Professional, personable, and so helpful!
