Review I found Justin through bigger pockets after running through a couple different agents. Before he helped he wanted to make sure that I intended on sticking with him throughout the process which is understandable, whenever I sent him a property he got us in there in that week, an we walked through it. He was generally pretty quiet and allowed me to gather my own thoughts and perspectives about it before he spoke and asked questions. He was knowledgeable and when asked questions though I would have liked for him to be a bit more interactive with me. He was a hard-headed and astute negotiator and had no problems working with me on an offer for several properties at once. He has a great team behind him who was always happy and willing to help out and answer questions for me. They are all quality-driven. He was not pushy with me and worked with me at my own pace which I greatly appreciated.

As I learned more about the city and asked him more questions, we refined the search until an amazing deal became available. Review As a seller, do not use this realtor. When showing our unoccupied house, Justin Brinkman failed to read instructions we left for realtors. He left doors open, lights on, curtains open; all that were closed or off when he arrived. When called to have him rectify, he was rude and noncompliant. He did turn off one of the lights he had left on, but also turned off a security light, which was marked aEURoeplease leave onaEUR?. He did not close the doors or curtains he had previously opened. We do not currently live in the house and must travel from Houston to put things right. He will not be showing our house again!

Justin took me to many houses and never appeared annoyed with my rejection of most of those houses and with the continued search. Justin sent me new listings regularly. Justin kept in contact with me regularly to ensure he and i were both on the same track. Justin gave me great insight while viewing houses.
