ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have been a renter of Justin for two years and have actively been searching for homes through Bennett reality. He has helped us so much in the effort to search for exactly what we wanted. He supported us by offering us the positives and negatives of a home, looking out for us with an unbiased eye. Not only did he prioritize our needs, but he also leveled with us on a personal level as well, looking out for our well being and the sake of our family. That to me is worth more than anything. He went above and beyond also in order to ensure that we were able to make proper negotiations within our range of comfortability. We will always recommend Bennett Reality to anyone that truly wants taken care of!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was so polite. I remember he always had a smile. He was so knowledgeable with our type of loan. He answered all all questions and if he didnt know the answer he told us I will get you the answer to that right now then would call or text back almost immediately. He worked to get us the best deal and we felt happy letting him go and do his thing. A 10 out of 10 would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Justin to buy a new house and sell our current. He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us to an offer that was accepted same day. Selling our house couldnt have been easier. Justin found a buyer before we even listed the house on the market. Went straight to pending. Well recommend Justin to anyone buying or selling a house and well definitely use him again if we ever move.

ZillowVERIFIED We had dealt with two other realtors who failed to complete the sale of our house over a 7 month period and were very discouraged. Then we contacted Justin Bennett and everything changed. He took charge and our house sold within 1 month. Justin kept us informed every step of the way and we couldn't have asked for a more professional, easy experience from listing to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin and Ashley make a fantastic team. Justin helped us navigate our many options in finding a new home but this go around, helped us primarily with the sale of our home. He was quick to answer our many questions and worked great with the buyers agent to communicate both questions and answers between us and the buyers. Our closing went smoothly as he made sure all was taken care of prior to closing day. He was very easy to work with and it is clear he loves what he does and is dedicated to making what could otherwise be a stressful process, an enjoyable one.
