ZillowVERIFIEDJury supported us in purchasing a home for short term rental in the Davenport area. We asked for her help prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. After nearly two years of continued support from her side we have been able to schedule a visit to Davenport mid of December 2021. Jury had a well-prepared list of homes to visit including travel route. Due to this excellent preparation, we have been able to visit nearly twelve homes within two days and sent in an offer for a house the first day which was declined and another one the next day which was accepted. She prepared all necessary paperwork immediately and with e-sign we had our contract next morning. She scheduled the inspection the next working day and was extremely helpful during the closing procedure. She also supported us in finding the best home insurance, helped with the utility transfer etc. Closing was performed on time. We thank Jury for her outstanding job and support which was by far more than a business relation.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot even begin to express our satisfaction, gratitude and love for Jury through our journey of finding a forever home. Jury catered to every single one of our needs. She served more than just a guide through the process, but built a relationship of trust, confidence and friendship. We feel like more than than just a client, but feel as though we have gained a lifelong friend. 1. She listened and understood our needs, and showed us plenty of beautiful houses, finding the perfect home for our family. 2. She guided us through every step of the process, answering all questions and addressing concerns that new homeowners should be aware of. 3. She was there for us every step of the way 24/7. We could call, text, video call or even face to face. She was there for us. Keeping us on track and providing expert advice. 4. She fought for us! There are a lot of hurdles that a buyer faces due to unforseen circumstances. We happened to be buying during Covid lock downs, and we had extreme difficulties with our finance company, missing deadlines and lack of communication. Jury did not stand for this. She fought hard for us. 5. During our initial offer, negotiations of repairs, or any other matter, Jury delivered every single time! Thanks to Jury, we have found our forever home. I know that any realtor can show you a house, but Jury provides something that others can't. She provides peace of mind during one of the biggest decisions in your life. So from our family to yours, we would like to say "Thank you".

ZillowVERIFIED After our first failed attempt with another realtor, I started to call for homes I found on Zillow .When I called Jury Hernandez I was looking to purchase a home in Florida while still living in New York. I called for a home I was interested in and thats when I met Jury . When we spoke I told her what I was looking for and she went far and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy I found her . Jury did all the foot work from running out as quickly as she could to show us homes virtually to getting everything in place like title companies and inspection companies. Jury was patient And understanding to all of our requests. She found the perfect house for my family and made us feel like we were her only clients responding quickly with all the information needed . We closed on our house quickly with no problems at all . My husband and I would definitely recommend Jury Hernandez to anyone looking to buy a new home ! We are thankful to Jury Hernandez for helping us find the home of our dreams !

ZillowVERIFIED What an amazing journey with Jury at the helm. Jury was so patient. Between my wife and I, we both have taste on the opposite ends for what we want in a house. She patiently listened to us go back and forth and when we finally found the "one", Jury helped us get it secured and closed quickly. You will come to appreciate her upbeat communication, big smile, and knowledge of her craft. I'd give her 50 stars if I could! Thank you, Jury!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jury Hernandez is one in a BILLION. Her conscious is her guide, she is passionate, and compassionate, humble, and AWESOME. As a first time home buyer, we would never have survived it without her, She is not just our realtor, after we closed, she became family, you wouldnt want another realtor, you could not find a more humble, down to earth, harder working realtor, trust me!! She fought for us every step of the way, even got some of our costs lowered by simply, respectfully, asking after our inspection report came back. Jury Hernandez is the best of the best, I cant wait to buy another house with her! She is the only I would ever refer, and is not our family realtor.
