I have dealt with April and Jurgen for several years now, during which they have managed my rental property and were also responsible for selling my property: It has been a absolute pleasure dealing with them, as they were always straight forward, gave me their advice and recommendations, but let me make the decisions - never did they pressure me to do things their way. They absolutely have their finger on the pulse of the local market and ended up selling my house above asking price. They also have many resources, including excellent marketing tools that resulted in widespread exposure to buyers! I strongly recommend April and Jurgen to anyone buying or selling a home !!

Jurgen and April helped me sell my brother's property after he passed. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Key to my experience was their continuous communication and updates, even when the sales process got delayed for months due to the COVID crisis that caused issues for the buyer. They were able to sell the property and manage all the transactions for me, which was vital because I live 1.5 hours away. They even gave me good referrals to someone who cleaned up the property and a probate attorney in their area to help with the probate process. Jurgen and April were great throughout the entire preparation, listing, sale, and months-long escrow. What I respected the most was that I realize that property sale is a lower compensation (overall) than houses, yet I never felt any sense that my transaction was valued less than any other high-value transaction. That speaks a lot about their character.

I found them highly professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them. Not being near the home, April and Jurgen always made themselves available. For example, April worked with the roto rooter representative. The photography of the home for advertising was excellent. Jurgen gave me an update on a regular basis.
