I can't say enough about how terrific it was to work with June. She was recommended by a friend in the home building business and we couldn't have been happier. There was a lot to do to get our home ready for sale and we were not in the area to help. So, June was left to do much of the work. She found and worked with handymen, painters, gardeners, plumbers, HVAC folks and roofers to get estimates and get the work done. We trusted her completely to act on our behalf. She kept in touch often and we never questioned her integrity or that she was working for us. When we closed on the house, I told her that she had definitely earned her commission! I recommend June to anyone buying or selling a home in the Asheville, NC area. You will not be disappointed.

Working with June was a dream! She is extremely knowledgeable and very available to answer questions and support you through the home buying process. June has a fantastic knowledge of the Asheville area and helped us think of a variety of factors we needed to consider that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. When it came time to make an offer and go through negotiations, we relied heavily on June's expertise. She did an outstanding job making recommendations and working with the seller's agent. June also had great contacts for the inspections and we were very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection report we received. On top of all of that, she's incredibly kind and friendly, making the home buying process much more enjoyable. We will absolutely look to June in the future for any real estate needs!
