ZillowVERIFIED June is a treasure! From the beginning to the end of our home buying experience, she was stellar. As first time homebuyers, we were not sure how a lot of things worked. June was extremely patient explaining both how the process worked and also things we should look for (things we never would have thought of, such as how close plants and bushes were to the foundation of the house). She was also super patient and accommodating showing us many homes as we bought during Covid-19 and the market is crazy competitive. She took us to house after house, maintained proper mitigation measures, and advised us on making competitive offers. All of these things June accomplished with a consistent smile and warm and friendly personality. She truly cares about her clients and she is unquestionably honest and ethical. I trust her completely. In the end, she helped us find the perfect home for us... not the most expensive or the fanciest, but the one that was the right fit for our family. We would never use another realtor. You should call her right away. She is a lovely and genuine person and a knowledgeable and capable agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We met June at her listing property without any referral or introduction. Once we expressed our interests in multi family property, she found one immediately via searching. The main point is she understand what we want and what we need. Her knowledge and experience of the real estate makes us feel that she is trustworthy. We are very tacit. She naturally became our agent. Consequent, writing offer, negotiation and inspection to closing aEUR" things went smoothly in a short time. June explained all our questions and concerns promptly and patiently regardless it is relating to the property or not. Among all the agents we know we like her the best.

ZillowVERIFIED We found working with June a delight. She is a good communicator, she is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. We had not purchased a property since 1981 and I was astonished at the quantity of paperwork now necessary to complete sales. June is totally organized and goes out of her way to make sure that everything goes smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about her. Work with June Okabe. You will be glad you did!Martha R.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely the Best! June is a kind, trusting, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, proactive, and accertive person and agent. From beginning to end of our search for a new home, she kept in awesome communication, explained majority of her rational for every step and listened to our needs/wants. She was proactive in the whole process and made the process feel seamless despite all the behind the scene work she did advocating on our behalf/interest. She was trustworthy since during transaction she managed expectations and made sure that offers and counter offers were mostly objective and not to greedy from both sides. Needless to say, June was the best and I will use here again for buying or selling property. Thanks June!

ZillowVERIFIED Our first home buying experience felt so easy and smooth, and we have no doubt that a large part of that was due to June. She is professional, but also incredibly real and warm. We felt like we were in such good hands. We just love her, and are happy that we have a new friend in the town we live, who also happens to love our daughter as well. ??

ZillowVERIFIED I finally was ready to buy my first home and had no idea where to start... Thankfully, a coworker referred me to June! She is patient and knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. I have been renting and working in Davis, but ultimately decided on Woodland for the better value. It seemed like she really listened to what I was looking for and I'm happy to say we are now in escrow with my dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with June Okabe was wonderful. Before having June as our agent, we had met with other agents. The other agents appeared to be aggressive with us and not really understanding our needs. June, on the other hand, was attentive to our families needs. She never pushed us to buy a home that wasn't adequate for us. One time we saw a home that needed a lot of work. June also noticed the home needed work and mentioned it to us. I believe other agents would've kept quiet and pushed us to buy it.The home that we bought is great. June guided us and asked questions to inspectors that I wouldn't have asked myself. We are forever grateful we found June to help us in this process. I recommend June Okabe to anyone who wants an honest agent to help them buy a home.
