I didnt know her before working with her and to be honest I was worried about finding a realtor who wasnt being fully honest with me. She was incredibly honest and straightforward. When a home had something wrong with it, she would be the first one to tell us. We contacted her from California and since we couldnt see many of the homes, she would schedule showings and send us detailed videos. Sometimes I would send her a home and she would be there within the next hour for a showing. I cant fully express how patient she was with us and how much due diligence she practiced at every step. During this challenging time for buyers to find a house, negotiate effectively, win an offer, and close a deal - Jumana was a STAR in all of it. She's very passionate, patient, positive, and very prompt in responding. She showed me at least 50 houses in almost one year time frame (all during Covid time). Never rushed me through anything and always gave me very honest opinions on every house we saw.
