Working with Julio as my agent in the purchase of our home was an incredible experience. From the beginning of our search for our new home until the flawless closing. He always made himself available to go see properties we were interested in, was always on time, extremely respectful with sellers and realtors, and always very knowledgeable of the market and the home buying process. He was always there to lend a helping hand with anything and everything we needed. Always available via phone or text. We ended up closing on a beautiful home without any stress because we knew he had our backs. Couldnt have done it without him. Thank you Julio. I have never had an experience like the one I had with Mr. Julio Suarez before. We reached out in search of a new home and also wanted to sell our existing home. I was very clear that the purchase of a new home was contingent on the sale of our existing home as we were going to use those funds for the new property. It was a challenge to work with this gentleman. He was hard to get ahold of and was barely at his office. I dont understand in todays market how a realtor can be so difficult to work with. I did my research and despite some negative reviews on his profile, I decided to give this team a shot and it just did not go well. There is no such thing as a person with perfect 5 star reviews as that would sound too good to be true and in this case, I can see why there were some negatives posted. We decided to try another realtor off the Zillow website so lets see how it goes.
