ZillowVERIFIED At one point I thought Julio and I were going to become compadres! Julio started helping me find my house in August 2024. Many houses later and I finally close yesterday in a wonderful house. During this period of time Julio showed incredible patience and grace. I am very appreciative and cant say enough about his professionalism and good will to go above and beyond. Select him as your agent, you will be very happy. Thanks for all Julio.

ZillowVERIFIED Julio was VERY GREAT to work with! I worked with him to rent out a home from out of state. He went the extra mile to make sure all the paperwork was ready even right before the 4th of July holidays. He helped my stress levels instantly and was able to work with me as well whenever there were any questions about my rental application. He was very patient to listen to my situation and helped my family rent out a property of our dreams. It's a dream come true that Julio helped us rent out a place with a beautiful pool. Julio has great customer service as well and gives his clients his full attention, making sure any concerns are fully addressed. He was also accomodating me to meet a bit later than originally planned since I was running late on my out of state drive. HIGHLY recommended! A++. Thanks a million, Julio!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our agent Julio Salgado was experienced and had deep understanding of the market. Julio provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. He turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. He was professional, helpful, and quick to respond. He helped me and my mom find our dream here in Orlando faster than we ever thought possible. His keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were commendable. And when I had no help to move in he even stayed and helped me move in when he had no need to. What agent can you say has done that without expecting something. Thank you once again Julio you are truly a unique agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Julio helped my husband & I find our first home together. We decided to make a cross country move for work and had to purchase site unseen which was pretty terrifying. Julio made every effort to ensure we could virtually view the homes, he answered every question. I know we were not his only clients but he always made us feel like we were. He was quick to respond to every call, text and email. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED For those of us who have gone through the process of selling and buying a house more than once that it can be a real pain. Julio Salgado however, made the process a breeze when I purchased my current house. Julio provided a wide range of options based on his extensive knowledge of the area. All of that while keeping me informed through each step of the way and clarifying any doubts I might have had. He addressed my concerns timely and was always extremely professional.
