Julio Hernandez is the best in the industry. He has gone over and beyond his duties as a knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. During this time of the global pandemic, Julio really knew how to understand and conform to the ever-changing safety protocols to keep everyone safe. First of all, Julio met with us at a moments notice at our home we were proposing to sell. Julio took his time and listened to our concerns. He gave his honest opinions and let us know what we can expect from him. I have interviewed realtors before and no one has been more comforting and honest as Julio was from the beginning. Julio sold our home and throughout the process, Julio handled all the bumps in the road quickly and efficiently.
