Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Start by knowing your buying power! Reach out to me so we can evaluate your options, connect you with a trusted lender, and create a clear game plan to get you on the path to homeownership. The sooner we start, the closer you are to getting the keys to your new home!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Before listing your home, reach out to me for a personalized strategy. I’ll walk you through how I market properties, maximize value, and ensure a smooth selling process from start to finish. Let’s connect and get your home sold the right way!

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including: First-time homebuyers navigating the process with confidence Investors seeking strong returns and valuable opportunities Past clients returning for their next move or investment Relocation clients making smooth transitions to the Charleston area Military families with unique timelines and needs Bilingual clients, both Spanish- and English-speaking, ensuring clear communication every step of the way

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Helped one of my buyers achieve homeownership for the first time—and it was a special one. She came to me nervous and unsure, convinced she couldn’t make it happen. But with the right guidance, strong negotiations, and nearly $10K secured in closing cost assistance, we got her cash-to-close under $8K. After signing, she looked at me and said, “That was so much smoother than I expected. I’ve heard such stressful stories—this was nothing like that.” Moments like that are why I love what I do. Hearing those words truly made my day.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I got into real estate because of my own experience as a first-time homebuyer. When my wife and I bought our first home, we were completely overwhelmed—we didn’t know what questions to ask, who to talk to, or how the process worked. We felt lost. That experience motivated me to become the kind of agent I wish we had—someone who truly guides their clients every step of the way. Whether you're buying your first home or selling a property you’ve outgrown, I’m here to help you navigate the process with confidence, avoid costly mistakes, and make informed decisions. Helping people achieve their real estate goals—whether buying, selling, or investing—is more than a job to me. It’s my passion.

Julio made our dreams come true! We recently moved from out of state and we could not be more pleased with the excellent service we received from Julio! The house buying process can be intimidating enough as it is, let alone with an out of state purchase. Julio went above and beyond to look for properties for us and send us pictures and videos. He represented us to the fullest and kept our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. Its easy to see that Julio genuinely cares for his clients and is passionate about what he does. He found us our dream home in our dream location and made sure that the process went as smoothly as possible. All while we were halfway across the country! To say hes an expert, is putting it lightly. Look no further for all of your real estate needs. Julio will treat you like family! We could not be any more grateful for Julio. The TSG Team is lucky to have him!
