Weve worked with Julio twice to buy homes in Silver Lake and I honestly cannot imagine working with another realtor. Nine years ago he helped us negotiate a competitive deal and navigate the process of being a first time home buyer, closing with a lower but winning offer. When the opportunity to buy our neighbors house as an investment property arose earlier this year, Julio was our first call and we are thankful we did. Buying a second property in 2025 LA proved to be incredibly challenging. The competition for the house was fiercer than our first purchase - Julio managed the sellers difficult agent skillfully and once again steered us towards a competitive deal. We ultimately won the house with a lower bid due to his guidance and negotiation acumen. Then we struggled to obtain insurance coverage that would meet the demands of our larger legacy bank and after six weeks ultimately couldnt meet the banks insurance requirements (partially because this second property is over 100 years old). Julio sprang into action immediately and connected us with an independent lender and insurance carrier and we were able to close within three weeks after starting over. We closed on this new property this week and hes already starting connecting us with companies to help us begin the renovations needed to make this house fresh and habitable again. Julio and his team consistently go above and beyond and always find a way to the deal. He also has a network of trusted partners for every step of the purchase and renovation process. Just as importantly, youll enjoy talking and working with him throughout. Hes the best. 10/10 recommend.
