Hi, my name is Julietta Tocci with Keller Williams - Jersey Shore. I am a Broker Associate / Salesperson and proudly service all of Atlantic and Cape May counties in Southern New Jersey. I love my career! I meet so many people and have the honor of calling many of my past clients my current friends. I love helping people sell and buy homes in South Jersey. Not only do I have the privilege of helping first time home buyers with a very exciting purchase, but I also work with many people realizing the opportunity is NOW to purchase their vacation home. It is surely an exciting time to be purchasing HERE! I continuously work to increase my education and skills as a Realtor by attending courses and seminars. Currently I hold CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations along with RENE (Real Estate Negotiating Expert), E-Pro and RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) certifications. I utilize Brian Buffini and FORWARD coaching to become a better and more successful Realtor. My goal with all the specialized education and coaching is to have excellent customer service and superior skills to serve my clients. I have earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence award from 2019 - 2022 and the Keller Williams Realty highly sought after Luxury Agent status. In 2021 I was named a Cultural Icon, one of the highest honors given by Keller Williams Realty. This award represents a partner who exemplifies the Keller Williams culture at a high level through giving time, knowledge, kindness, and service to others. I volunteer in Keller Williams - Jersey Shore as an Agent Leadership Council member. As an ALC member, which is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office, I am actively involved with leadership decisions within our office and help make our agents better and more profitable so they can thrive in their chosen profession. My role is to inspire, motivate, participate and listen. I am a mom to two teenagers. My daughter ventured out to Tempe Arizona to further her education at Arizona State University and my son is a student at Ocean City High School. As a family, we volunteer raising Seeing Eye puppies. It is very rewarding work that brings us lots of joy. The puppies come to us at 7 weeks old and we have them for about 15 months. In those months, we teach these amazing puppies how to behave in public, basic obedience and mostly how to love. Then, they go back to The Seeing Eye to get specialized training to hopefully become Seeing Eye Dogs, guiding seeing impaired people. Fun fact! Did you know that the New Jersey State Dogs are Seeing Eye dogs? When you are out and about, keep your eye out for us with our Seeing Eye puppy. We attend a lot of public events around the South Jersey area and even take the pups to restaurants, movies, shopping and lots of other day to day activities.
