Truly one of the best in the business! After a few not so great experiences with previous realtors Julie Ann came highly recommend and she delivered above and beyond for us! She was honest to her word, was attentive to our every question and need, was there ever step of the way for the sale of our home and lastly she went well above as we were unable to be in the area for much of the processes. She stepped in when we were unavailable for building inspections and many other needs. There is a reason she has been in the business for over 20yrs and has continuous listings. I met Julie for the first time when my family moved from NY in 2006. Fast forward almost 20 years, I was so excited to see her again now for my turn. After an unsuccessful attempt at home purchasing during 2020. We decided to break and were finally successful in the spring of 2025. Julie took us as adults under her wing and treated us like her own children. Often times there were feelings of hopelessness and discouragement. JulieAnn King is the best realtor to use if you're in the market or thinking about getting into the market), to sell (or buy) a house/condo/co-op, hands down, case closed. JulieAnn's personality is very pleasant, consistently. JulieAnn "knows the ropes" of every aspect of realty, she is a strong advocate to the people she serves and always takes into consideration what YOU as the seller want/is asking for. JulieAnn stuck by me from my initial call to her indicating interest in selling my former property to the closing of my former property. I honestly have to say that from start to finish and everything in between, JulieAnn had total consistency of being professional, realistic on decision(s) I wanted/didn't want to make with detailed explanations of why so I could understand, great resources as well as many other aspects that I want in a realtor. JulieAnn was an invaluable asset to have on my side, no other way to state it. If and when I'm in the market to sell a property again in the future, there is NO OTHER REALTOR/REALTOR that I would want by my side but JulieAnn. Need to disclose issues with the home from 15 years ago?

Hi Beckett, I am in NJ, so please confirm my answer with a local realtor. In my experience and opinion, it is best to disclose everything and back it up with receipts or permits with the work that you did. It shows that you have nothing to hide and that you take care of your home. And the fact that you have not had any recent issues is a testament to the quality of the work that you did. Should you not disclose and a buyer find out, it looks like you were trying to hide something. I hope this helps!! Good Luck
