We recently sold our home in the historic downtown Los Gatos district and selected Julie and her team after interviewing five highly regarded high-end agent teams. I narrowed it to two finalists and ultimately chose Julie based on instinct aEUR" and it proved to be the right decision. From the beginning, her market clarity stood out. Three of the other four teams projected a lower likely sale price. Julie believed the home would sell slightly above asking and at a higher price point than several of the others predicted aEUR" and thats exactly what happened. Just over a week after listing, we received two offers at asking price and negotiated one up to an all-cash, no-contingencies contract that exceeded the listing price aEUR" precisely as Julie forecasted. We also needed to sell a rental duplex in downtown Campbell.
