ZillowVERIFIED One of my biggest issues with Julie Woods & Associates Real Estate Firm is that Julie seems to like the sign with the white background and colored circles. I personally like the black background and colored circles. This is something I would struggle to let go of were it not for the manner in which Julie was able to sell my house. First of all, she let me have the sign with the black background to put in my yard, it looked very classy. Then, she tells me okay we will put your house on the market, but since I was doing it in the middle of the Thanksgiving/Christmas season, it might be a few months before we got much traffic. I noticed with this statement Julie was just being modest, because we put the house on the market Monday, had someone come look at it on Black Friday (Day after Thanksgiving), had a solid offer on it that Sunday! So Tuesday she took us to look at a new house and we placed an offer on the new house that day!In less than two weeks we put our house on the market, sold it, and bought another house. Merry Christmas Commissions to you Julie Woods! That is crazy fast for home sales! Crazy you say? Yes Crazy, cause that Julie Woods is Crazy like a Fox and will get your house to sale!!!So was it all Julie? Maybe, or maybe we are also good clients! She gave us a check list on how to stage the house to make it most appealing to home buyers. We followed her suggestions, and we got that house sold! Then we bought a new one we love.So why wouldn't you use Julie Woods & Associates? I guess your sister-in-law just got into real estate and you want to support her and continue to pay your mortgage 3 extra months. How about you use Julie, sell your house in under 2 weeks like I did, and just take your sister-in-law to nice dinner with all the time and money you will be saving.

She did not waste our time trying to convince us to settle, showing lots of patience. She even counseled us on houses that we may have settled for, encouraging us not to buy. After months of looking. ..we were pretty picky. ...not only did Julie find the perfect house for us in the neighborhood we preferred, but she made the process fun. I definitely would recommend her to anyone. She deserves 10 stars, but Zillow doesn't allow that many. If we ever decide to buy again we will definitely call Julie. We recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell whenever someone asks...and sometimes when they don't.
