Julie Ward

Born and raised in Sussex County and now a Millsboro resident, Julie Ward believes that real estate is deeply personal and inherently local. She serves buyers and sellers throughout Milford, Milton, Millsboro, and Dagsboro, helping clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence, perspective, and a genuine understanding of the communities they call home.

Before entering real estate, Julie built her career in public service, gaining firsthand experience helping people navigate complex situations with empathy, organization, and clear communication. Those principles continue to guide her work today. Since becoming licensed in 2021, Julie has successfully closed more than 60 transactions and consistently averages more than 20 homes sold each year. She works with relocation clients, move-up buyers, vacation home purchasers, investors, and those navigating significant life transitions, including estate and divorce sales. Her experience spans single-family homes, new construction, waterfront properties, luxury homes, fixer-uppers, and investment opportunities throughout Delaware.

In addition to serving clients directly, Julie is General Manager of The Parker Group, where she helps shape systems, training, and client experiences that prioritize professionalism and transparency. Whether assisting someone relocating to coastal Delaware, purchasing a vacation home, or preparing to sell a longtime family residence, Julie approaches every transaction with the belief that consumers deserve honest guidance, practical solutions, and someone who genuinely cares about helping them make the best decision for their future.
