ZillowVERIFIED Julie is a great realtor. She not only helped us find a rental property in a short amount of time when moving to the area, she also made buying our first house easy. Julie is extremely knowledgeable and a great person to work with. She listened to our requests and made sure to keep us posted on new listings. Julie is very easy to talk to and made our home buying experience stress-free. We will definitely be using her again, if we ever decide to move.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie helped me find a difficult piece of property in the Labadie. The property needed to be scenic and zoned for a specific use. Julie was very knowledgeable about the area and the zoning regulations, and was able to help me find a great piece of property. Julie is very organized, and was relentless in looking for options. She was great to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED There was never a doubt who Julie was working for during our home buying process! She answered email, text, and calls quickly and didnt waste anytime getting us into the properties we were interested in seeing. She was honest about the properties we viewed and when we decided on a home she negotiated beautifully! We never experienced buyers remorse during this process but I know it was because Julie helped us find a great home while keeping us safe within our price range. I would recommend Julie Walck to friends and my family.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie helped me find my first home. I put an offer on the brand new home before if even hit the market. She was a tremendous help with making all the confusing paperwork go seemlessly. She also got me a free radon test and mitigation. At the last minute on closing day there where a few extra expenses, Julie helped inform me on what I needed to do to work with my lender to make sure we made it to the closing table. We closed in record time, I was signing papers at the closing table less than 4 weeks after I had first step foot in the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie was fantastic to work with during our first home-buying experience. She was incredibly informative in explaining all of the ins and outs of the process, which was so helpful since we obviously had no prior experience buying homes. Her loyalty to her customers is very apparent - we knew we could trust her completely to help us find the perfect home for our situation/budget. We have now been in our home a little over a year and are loving it - and the next time we purchase a home, we will go right back to her for assistance! You will not be disappointed with Julie!

ZillowVERIFIED Julie is very dedicated, I am absolutely satisfied with her ability to get the job completed. She got full asking price. Her ability to effectively negotiate while satisfying both the buyer and the seller. Its obvious she gives the time and effort to know the market well.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie is the most professional, on your side realtor I have ever met. She sold our home and negotiated the purchase of our current home. She is the ONLY realtor in our eyes.
