ZillowVERIFIEDI loved having Julie as our realtor because she was so laid- back in the fact that she would listen to what we wanted yet was very pro- active in helping us find exactly what we wanted to the point that she would call people to ask them if they'd like to sell their house even if it was not for sale. That's how we got the house we're in now. It wasn't for sale but she called them and spoke with them and they sold it to us for a fair price. She was also very patient and reliable. I really like her.

ZillowVERIFIEDI (the buyer) personally did not like julievaughn as an agent. She seemed to be a little pushy and rushed us around. I personally will not be using her thought she might be a good fit for someone else, Julie just was not the right fit for me and my family. Julie was knowledgeable on the property but was not allowing us (the buyers) enough time to look at the homes. I do appreciate that she took the time out of her day to show us some properties.
