I Love Real Estate! I have always had a passion for interior design, which has led me to my real estate career. My husband and I have been buying, selling, and renovating homes for the past 30 years in New York and Connecticut. It is our hobby and fascination. Though not formally trained, my hobby and love of architecture/renovation and interior design lend themselves well to my ability to visualize space both for staging for selling and visualize for buying. I will stage your home to make it show as well as it possibly can to sell quickly for the most revenue. I will then have it professionally photographed and have a video completed for online viewing. I will market your home in print as well as online and utilize open houses. I am a graduate of the The University of Bridgeport and have worked in sales for Corporate America for 30 years. Before that I was an entrepreneur. I owned and operated a well known Westchester, NY cooking school and shop called "In Julie's Kitchen" located in Scarsdale,NY. 5 years ago, when I left a leadership position in corporate America with transferable skills, I felt the timing was perfect for me to obtain my real estate license and began my formal real estate career. Guiding people to make effective decisions on home ownership was my newest passion.
