ZillowVERIFIED10/13/201I was interested in selling my home, but society has a way of stripping all our time away,,,, leaving little time to prepare for the huge decisions in life.. Then some of us get more obsticles on the plate during a purchase or sale of a property. I was gifted with a tanker full of it. So I went with my observations of the area, good words were said about Julie Taylor, I went and saw her. She had success in the neighborhood, in the recent past, and I had put together a home that would sell easily.... I had a conversation with her, she was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and came in with a price higher then I hoped.. She delivered, even more then we asked, a VA loan was involved. A disabled vet was the purchaser. He did end up with the home, but through the inspections the fire place was put in question, $3,000 was the number to repair. I was almost certain it needed under $500 in help, I had an estimate done about a year before.. At this point, the house is packed, I had truck loads of paper documents, school, research, and the like... I had no clue where the paper was, it was a rush thing... isn't if always now a days??? We'll in the rush to get the commission, my realtor, also the vets,, says she believes in the report, give him a thousand dollar deducted off the price.... I agree..... now the funny part... Well, I had put together an informational video for the new owner because I truly care how Brett, the vet felt about his purchase... A fireplace I had put some love into, was not finished quite.. I gave my opinion on the finishing touches.. The first words were,, their was not much wrong with fire place.. I joked, Julie can pay.. So, I was upset with Julie for one major thing,, she knew it. I like to read what I sign, when we listed the place, it was a huge rush, her time... When I last saw her, she apologized, then asked for this review.... She did well on the sale of my old home,, so did I. I believe Julie and CPS Country Air properties could do a better job dealing with their costumers. Tell them to slow down if need be. I wish I had. I would have another $1,000.
