Julie Smith Geiser

Julie is the leader of our team and has been licensed since 2015! She was brought into this industry by her mother, Diann Stalder who has been licensed since 2004. Julie also has a background in the industry by working at a title company starting in 2001. As supervisor and then VP she has a deep knowledge of property transfers. She also owned her own business in property management. Since being a realtor, she quickly grew following in the steps of her mother by providing exceptional service showing each client how she cares for them individually and puts their best interest first, even if that means her losing out on a sale! She has earned multiple awards. Top Producer, The Award Of Excellence, OAR (Ohio Assc of Realtors) President's Sales Club Award Of Achievement for some.
