We contacted three realtors and she was the one that was most willing to help us beyond just finding a home to purchase. Our familiarity with the area was limited and she gave us a tour of Nampa, Caldwell, and Meridian and provided some suggested areas to consider. She took extra steps to ensure that we had the knowledge that we needed to make a decision on a home purchase. Her expertise and knowledge of the area was very helpful in locating properties to consider. We were from out-of-state and had not sold our previous home so much of the activity was handled remotely. We selected a property and Julie made several trips to the home to answer specific questions that arose. Julie was very helpful by providing some suggested sources for finance options and worked closely with us to meet an accelerated closing schedule. I had worked with Julie 10 years prior when I purchased our current home and she was so helpful with the process then that I never had a second thought about working with her again. She scheduled an initial meeting with us to discuss our wish list for our new home search, answer some basic questions about the process, make suggestions about lenders, and set up a customized account with her search engine. She worked diligently with our interest at the forefront throughout the process and it definitely is a process. That very day she had me already set up with a proposal and my road to a new home began. Julie was professional and so patient explaining the process to me. She informed me each step of the way what to expect and did so with enthusiasm and kindness. She even went out of her way to let the blinds contractor in the house to help save me a trip driving from Boise to Nampa. ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Julie Geller. We were living out of state and had actually started out with a different realtor. After showing us only 3 houses, that realtor said we "weren't serious" and dropped us! We tried to work with a second realtor but he wanted a flat rate because the homes we were interested in weren't expensive enough for his commission requirements. Julie was so patient and understanding. She would send us pictures of the inside of homes that we were interested in (other realtor did not want to do this) and on short notice be available to show them to us. Julie has a good working relationship with other realtors, always did her homework, gave us good information, and came prepared for homes she thought we would bid on. Julie helped us find the perfect home at an amazing price! Already recommended her to our friends and would highly recommend her to anyone else.
