Having never met Julie before I was a bit skeptical about using someone that we met by looking at homes on the internet, but I was very surprised with Julie's knowledge and responsiveness, it was like we were her only clients, but I know that was not the case. She covered all the bases making sure we had everything in at the right time and kept close watch on the sellers agent to make sure they were completing everything they were supposed too. The whole process took less than 4 weeks and any time there was a hitch, Julie would find a resolution always making my options very clear. I have purchased several houses in my time and have never went back to an agent I have used in the past, if I were ever in the market for a different home again I think I would search out Julie because of the seamless process she made of the whole buying experience.
