Words can't describe how grateful we are to Julie and her team. She had so many resources to help us out as first time home buyers. She really listens to our needs and wants and she's super patient, didn't rush us at all. She was very thorough throughout our home buying process, everything went so smoothly. Would definitely recommend Julie and her team, especially to first time home buyers!

We had a great home buying experience, even with the housing market being as crazy as it is now, and I think we owe that all to Julie. Throughout our time working with her, she was always available to talk, help answer our questions, or provide her opinion, even when critical times fell over a holiday weekend. Her eye for design, providing suggestions on furniture placement as we walked through really helped us being able to envision making the house a home. I felt she honestly tried to understand our needs and lifestyle to help us find a house that would work best for us (and the dogs) to make into a home. I highly recommend anyone thinking about looking for a new home to work with Julie. You wont regret it!

We met Julie a year ago at an open house and we finally closed. Julie was most accommodating. She was there every step of the way though our sale and new construction. She was patient and answered all of our questions. She helped us choose all of our finishing for our new house. Thank goodness for her interior design skills. We absolutely love how everything came together. If you are looking for an agent, Julie is amazing. She went above and beyond so many times. We couldnt be happier.

I met Julie at an open house and knew she was the one we would want to work with. We relocated from NC and knew nothing about the housing market in Sioux Falls. Through her patience and guidance, she led us to the perfect home for us. Her design expertise is priceless as well - we have beautiful furniture for our home. Thank you Julie!

Julie is absolutely amazing! Best of the best. We could not be happier that we found her to help us sell our house. She went above and beyond to help us, and we could not be more pleased with how much she helped us. If you are looking for an outstanding realtor, shes your woman!
