ZillowVERIFIEDJulie is one of the top elite realtors we have ever met!! We put our house on the market the day after me moved out of state. Julie took care of everything . She was the most patient, understanding , informative, , and knowledgeable realtor we know. She took care of everything from corresponding to the inspector to attending the house when the repairs were made, she even went over to the house to prepare it for winter for us since we lived out of state! If you are in need of a realtorDO NOT HESITATE to hire Julie Roberts I promise you will be forever grateful just like us!! Thank you Julie for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Julie remotely, she was our eyes and ears on the ground, we relied on her knowledge of the market and ability to translate our requirements into reality. We leveraged Julie to perform virtual tours, to negotiate and work with the seller for repairs, and to extend key dates to negate risk of deposit. Julie was also very knowledgeable and helpful connecting us to local services, both financial and for home repair, during and after closing. A year later, she remains available to help with market related questions. We have bought and sold several homes, Julie was among the best agents we have worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie wasnt upfront and honest with her services. She failed to provide a written copy of the listing agreement and attempted to retroactively change the date on the listing agreement without my consent. I didnt receive the agreement until 2 weeks later. Julie received disciplinary action for her mistake. However, please beware!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved here out of state and didnt know who to contact. Our realtor from another state reached out to Julie to see if she could help us out even though we were looking in towns outside her normal area. She agreed to be our realtor and she listened to what we wanted and helped us to find our perfect house. She was there for us in ever step and even helped us to find a great mortgage company. Shes very professional and has a sparkling personality. She did a great job for us and she would do the same for anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Julie is very knowledgeable about Tulsa and the home buying process. We moved from out of state with limited time to look for houses and she made herself very available to us. She understood quickly what we were looking for in a house. At times she did seem to forget that buying a home isnt something we do every day and that we might have benefitted from a bit more explanation or clarification at times.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want someone that is going to go above and beyond for you Julie is the realitor for you!! My husband was transferred to the area from out of state, so we had to make a trip down to look for houses. We had one day to find a house and Julie drove us all round town taking us to as many house as we could. After finding the one, we headed back home to pack. Julie was so easy to get ahold and would get back to me quickly. She made sure everything was taken care of for us and always let us know what was going on. If we ever move again she will be the one we call to sell our house and find us a new one. Julie was truly our realitor angel.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie helped us sell our house during a corporate relocation. I liked how responsive she was, I felt the marketing tips she gave us were very helpful, and I liked her stager. We had an offer on our house within 10 days, and from then on she really impressed me with her negotiation skills. She came up with solutions that addressed everyone's needs and led to a smooth & happy closing! I definitely recommend her to anyone who's ready to sell their home.

She was also very easy to reach and always responded quickly wirh the answers to our questions. She showed us many homes and figured out what we were looking for. She suggested a home that we were interested in looking at based on its AD on Zillow but she insisted that we look at it and thought we would like it. ZillowVERIFIED Julie was referred to me through USAA bank. She was the second realtor I met and was a stand out right away. My wife and I were pretty demanding and probably not the easiest to work with but Julie was very pleasant in dealing with us. She made the process extremely clear and concise. Being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions and Julie had all the answers. My father was a realtor for 25 years and supported everything Julie did for my wife and I.
