ZillowVERIFIED I didn't know Julie before choosing her - I found her name because she had sold some town homes in my subdivision, so I went with her. What an amazing agent! When the market slowed, she had some great ideas about how we could get my property moving, and it paid off with an offer soon afterwards! From listing, to staging, to showings, through contract negotiation and finally closing, Julie was always there. Even intervening when there were "issues." Julie was fabulous. I would highly recommend her if you are selling your home! And I don't often write reviews.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie Presta was great! She was super attentive and super responsive! She started by doing a lot of research to make sure we had the home priced right. She then invested a great deal of her valuable time into staging the home and made it look like a place where a family really wanted to move into (and this home needed lot of TLC). Julie also brought a ton of energy and creativity into the deal which helped tremendously. Julie was also considerate and cared about our time and tried not to inconvenience us. She was always approachable and she has a great sense of humor which helped relieve some tension when the first offer did not go through. Julie is VERY likeable which I think makes people want to buy homes from her (and sell homes to her). I would give Julie Presta my highest recommendation.
