Julie was very helpful and responsive in selling the house in Texas. She got the ball rolling while I was in Idaho buying the other house, and kept me informed on what was happening and the processes. Julie was available every time I texted or called and gave me the information I required. Julie sold me this house when I moved to Texas. It was fitting she got to sell it when I was leaving. she was very aggressive and straight forward with finding a home. I would use her again as I have I have in the past. she has now sold 3 homes of mine and each one I have been very satisfied with her know how. she is also a great people person so when negotiating with the other seller/buyer she can get along with anyone. the best part is communication, I have called her over 20 times in a day before and she has always replied in a timely manner.
