We went through the home buying process with Francesca while located overseas and she was beyond willing to take us on as clients even with us being unable to be physically present for any part of the process. Finding someone that we could trust with this process and to be our eyes and ears was paramount for us...but honestly, Francesca made it easy! Buying site unseen, she was always up front with any issues or concerns that she had and was available whenever we needed her (which was not expected but made things especially easy for us due to a 6 hr time difference.) She listened to our wants, needs, and desires and helped us understand each step of the buying process. She was our biggest advocate when issues arose and handled every situation with professionalism and clear communication. Truly could not recommend working with Francesca enough!
