What really made a difference is how they handled the renovations, the open house, and all of the communication between the broker and buyer. It really happened all so quickly and easily thanks to their expertise in the market. They gave great advice during the process, including all of the buyer counter offers, and sold the house at a higher price than any other of the agents said it could be sold for before I started the process. They have the confidence and energy that made this process enjoyable. I can't give them more thanks for all the work they put into making this happen.

When we met for the first time, we shared our concerns about moving into a city we didnt know much about and they really helped us feel at ease. ZillowVERIFIED 'Loved having Mick and Julie as our realtors. Even after the sale was completed and closed, Mick and Julie continued supporting us. Mick even came out in a storm so we could check for leaks after we had already signed off that everything was ok. The Perez are an awesome, professional couple who reinforced an important lesson we learned last time we bought a house. We had naively allowed the seller's realtor to handle everything. Big mistake that cost us lots of money and trouble. The seller pays the commission so it is foolish for a buyer not to have their own realtor. When looking at houses with Julie and Mick they pointed out advantages and potential problems with each house. Even having had professional careers we would be overwhelmed by the myriad of paperwork without Mick and Julie's easily understood explanations for the purposes of the required documents. It counts that they are very nice too and always quickly answered or returned our calls and texts. If we ever decide to buy, or sell, another house we will use the Perez Realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED The Perez team rescued my elderly Mom from her home of 20+ years. She had a reverse mortgage on the home and had planned to live out her life there. However the time came when she was not able to maintain the home physically or financially. Having never sold a home, we were at a distinct disadvantage in terms of what needed to be done to the home in order to sell it or what documents were required given the reverse mortgage. Mick and Julie guided us through the process, provided excellent referrals for people to make the house look it's best and pass the required inspections. Our requirements went all over the map because we were looking for an investment property that family members could live in that were living with us and make the most use out of cashing out some of my retirement accounts. They even have their own website which is very well put together and a comprehensive resource for homes available in the AV. Their marketing strategies are very effective in this computer age. We almost gave up on having our home off the market before December, knowing that it is very hard to sell a home during the holidays. After working with Mick and Julie, we had a buyer with an acceptable offer in a matter of days. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a realtor in the Antelope Valley. They are also very responsive. Always answer the phone and quickly answer texts. Not sure how they do that.
