ZillowVERIFIED Julie was very professional, prepared, and knowledgeable about the market where our house was. Julie met with us, made excellent suggestions on how we could maximize our profit and provided a very detailed market analysis. This was before we signed with her. Once we signed up with Julie, she walked us through all the steps needed to sell and got our listing published very quickly. Julie had numerous showings scheduled the first day and had over 20 showings within 2 days. Julie had our house sold in less than a week and there were no surprises. We were so impressed overall with Julie, we recommended her to some friends selling in Madison Heights and once again, Julie provided excellent help in quickly selling their house.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie is not only great what she does but is an absolute pleasure to be around. She is an all around great person that we loved working with and was able to connect with potential buyers as well to make our sale go through quickly. In the buying market she always made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and was the best representation we could ask for. I highly suggest Julie And of course continue to work with her on all future endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie helped me buy and sell my condo and made the process very easy even though its very complicated, I have referred over 10 friends and they have all had the same Great experience. Thanks to Julie I bought and sold my home for the right price. Even on our venture now for our new house nothing she isn't willing to do to make sure that my wife and I have everything we deserve in our new home! Thank you Julie for all of your help and support.

ZillowVERIFIED For being first time home owners jewels made the experience very eye opening and enjoyable. She taught us alot about everything little thing that you wouldnt imagine to think when walking through a house. She took us to see just aboit everything single house i would mention to her unless it had already sold or she knew would not be worth oir while. It was a long process but jewels definately made it great. Her honesty and knowledge, and just how she is as a person made it much more of a comforting experience, and i wouldnt recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms Pawlak displayed much professionalism on the job in the office as well as at the real estate locations. She provided prompt service pertaining to answering questions and providing documents when necessary. Closing the real estate deal went very smoothly mainly due to Julie's preparedness beforehand. I would highly recommend, and or retain her services in the future as I have some more upcoming business on the horizon.
