Julie was very professional, prepared, and knowledgeable about the market where our house was. Julie met with us, made excellent suggestions on how we could maximize our profit and provided a very detailed market analysis. This was before we signed with her. Once we signed up with Julie, she walked us through all the steps needed to sell and got our listing published very quickly. Julie had numerous showings scheduled the first day and had over 20 showings within 2 days. Julie had our house sold in less than a week and there were no surprises.
