Julie Patton Johnson

I am a Mississippi girl through and through. Though in 1988 I moved to California where I had great adventures and lived in some unique places. My last home was in San Francisco from where I moved straight back to Vicksburg, Mississippi in 2003. I feel like I have come home. I began working in real estate shortly thereafter. I love real estate because of the people I meet. I have made great lifelong friends along the way.

Real estate is how I met a wonderful man, David Johnson, whom I married. David is a successful farmer in the Delta and a very conscientious pilot. I have a wonderful step-son that is an avid reader, and I think is handsome and brilliant like his father. Since I married my husband, he has taught me to shoot. I am known to do a little hog hunting. My farmer neighbors love I hunt the hogs and my friends love the meat. Though I hunt I am a bit of a girly girl with a thing for shoes. My husband and I love to travel to Mexico and Central America. We know just enough Spanish to order the wrong food and have found ourselves lost on many occasions.

In March of 2020 in the midst of the actual Covid shut down we put my
Mom's house on the market in California, and she moved in with me permanently. That was a selling experience like no other. Since, she has found her place in the Valley Park community and loves her new friends. It's nice having my Mom around; I worry less.

I am a member and Vice President of the local Vicksburg Kiwanis. I love the children we work with. The organization has been a great way for me to get to know my community and connect with others plus I am involved with wonderful projects that can changes lives.

I love selling real estate and changing the lives of the people I work with. I want to make sure everyone has someone in their corner working hard for the fairest deal. I keep a select and limited inventory so I can give each of my clients the highest level of customer service. Buyers continue to ask for me because I know the inventory and I know a fair deal. Sellers love that I can find them the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time.
