ZillowVERIFIED We wish that we had connected with Julie a year before we did! We originally listed with another Realty that basically just put a sign out and just fell flat. Then we decided to go with For Sale By Owner. The property was in very good condition and we had good traffic but still short of that specific buyer. Then Julie contacted us and convinced us that she was there to "Take Care of Business". Julie started by bringing in a interior decorator, on her time. The reason? To expand our market to expanded groups of prospects. With Julies experience, we targeted changes that would create a "must have this buyer", while maintaining cost effectiveness for the seller. Everything we did was right on target. We were just finishing up, when the buyer toured the house and property. The negotiations were of benefit to both parties and everyone walked away happy. Dont list property till standards are set such as the appraisers recommendations to repair before FHA will approve. She was very patient when we looked at multiple homes multiple times before making our decision. When we were ready to buy, she negotiated a price lower than I expected and included several provisions to the contract that I would not have considered. She has great knowledge of the local area and was able to connect us to everything from plumbing to floors. Also, when we closed, the sellers did not leave the house in good condition. On her own, Julie arranged for the carpets to be cleaned and personally removed some of the debris left by the sellers. Far beyond our expectations. ZillowVERIFIED My name is Jason and I want to share my experience with Julie Patton Johnson. I was referred to Julie by numerous people first of all. From my first conversation with Julie I knew she was the real deal; she was a Realtor not just a real estate "luster"! Her first words were I do not take on more than 5 to 7 properties at any one time simply because I want to be able to give my complete focus on my few properties and sell them as quickly as possible with the greatest return for my customers. Well, my wife and I were one of those fortunate customers!! Julie then immediately set an appt to do a thorough walk through of our home and compiled a list of things she asked us to change and do to help sell the home. It was things that cost little to nothing but made us realize even more we had the right person for the job! She then hired a professional photographer to do a photo shoot of our home and I might add he pictures turned out gorgeous. She also paid a man to blow off the leaves on the roof of our house (I need to explain I the husband was living 3 hrs north of this property at this time and she didn't want my wife to be getting no. The roof lol). All this being paid by Julie out of her own pocket I might add also.
