ZillowVERIFIED OMG, BEST AGENT EVER !!! Sorry for shouting with all CAPS, but that is the only way to totally and honestly express how great of an agent Julie is. Found her thru Zillow after Googling "BHHS" by zip code in the wee hours of the morning on Monday 18 July 2022. Texted her around 7:30am and she called back in less than half an hour. Three hours later she had a photographer at my house doing an "urgent" photo shoot. The next day (Tuesday) she came by with a market analysis and we did the necessary paperwork. It went live that night. The next morning (Wednesday) I got a showing request for Thursday from 8:30am-9:00am. At 9:20am she called to say the buyers' agent would be writing up a full price cash offer that day with no conditions. By Friday all the paperwork (DotLoop) was complete and we had a 'Done Deal'. We had settlement yesterday and the listing is now officially CLOSED. I can not overstate what a fantastic agent she is. For you fellow old-timers out there, she really "Knows Her Onions!!" Do not list with anyone else in her area until you at least give her a chance to represent you, then pray she has enough time to accept you as a client.p.s. There were 65 (count 'em, 65!!) reviews of her online and NOT ONE of them was less than a 5 out of 5. Un-Frickin' REAL !!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Julie in Dec., 2016 when we expressed interest in selling our home on Zillow. Over the next 3 years we had challenges that prevented us from doing so, and throughout that time Julie kept in contact with us in a non-aggressive manner.When we were finally ready to list our home in May, 2019 I called Julie to tell her the news. She setup a meeting with us to walk through the details, and was very thorough in explain the market analysis, pricing and expectations during the selling process. With each offer received, Julie explained the pros and cons and was patient with our decision-making. Eight days before our contract was about to end we accepted what became the final offer on our home. Again, Julie explained everything in detail and walked us through the closing process, answering all of our questions. Two days before closing we received the devastating news that our closing was not going to happen as scheduled due to issues on the buyers side. We had already committed to a temporary rental lease, and in the process of moving - panicked now that we would be legally committed to both our house and the rental. Julie worked tirelessly, going above and beyond making numerous phone calls, taking it upon herself to ensure we made it to settlement, though it should've been work done by the buying agent. Julie Musser is a true professional in every sense of the word, and will work to produce your desired result. In fact, though we've relocated out of the immediate area, we've asked Julie to help us find our next, and what we hope will be our final home purchase. Her write up of the property was also professional. The first buyer didn't have the funds to buy it. With the second buyer, we couldn't agree on a price. Julie held an open house and the second buyer came and offered more than our bottom price. She also got a second offer from the open house. There also was a problem with a buried oil tank in the back yard. She guided us through the negotiations with the buyer on the tank. She did a wonder job for us.
