She returned phone calls and text messages quickly . She asked us our needs and timing before the house was put on the market. Julie brought in a fantastic photographer and videographer to showcase our home. The very first day the house was listed we had several showings within hours. The traffic she created definitely made a difference. We received two offers on the same day/first day at our asking price and also above! Needless to say as sellers we were thrilled!
