Julie went above and beyond for me to help me sell my first home. She contracted fantastic stagers and photographers to make sure that the listing for my house really stood out from other similar homes. She was also able to use her creative flair to make a fun short video that she broadcasted on multiple social media sites that really helped to showcase the house too. She was able to help us navigate multiple competitive offers and I think we ultimately got the maximum value from our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julie to anyone for either buying or selling a home.

As a first time homebuyer, Julie was informative, knowledgeable, and so fun to work with. I met Julie when I wasnt quite ready to move, but she made sure to reach out at least once a month to check in and answer questions. Once I was ready to purchase a home, she met with me to understand what I was looking for. She was always ready to schedule a tour with me, especially same-day tours. One weekend, I was on vacation and she went to an open house for me and sent videos, which was amazing! When the right house came up, Julie was ready to answer questions, she was always in close contact with the sellers agent, and she stayed up super late to ensure my offer was submitted that night. She has lender and inspector contacts, which I utilized. Julie was great to work with!
