Julie was an extremely easy person to work with. She has a great personality .Home buying process is complicated journey esp. for those 1st time home buyers. However, Julie made it easy on us. She made sure that we understood every bit of it. Another thing we like about Julie is that she will put her honest input which we take that into consideration. Julie was super great, she would travel an hour north just to show us a house. She also helped point out issues with houses. She really wanted to sell us a quality home and not just make anothe sale. Which was truly the best part of working with her

Julie handled the purchase of our home, sale of our home, and sale of my mother's home. She is amazing, excellent, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She lost her buyer's agent commission on a technicality on the home we purchased after she did all the work. Some other realtors are dishonest. She took it in stride and continued to help us. My mother had trouble cleaning her home due to health problems. I cleaned it the best I could, but Julie spent her own time making it sparkling clean so my mom would get the best price. She sold our house for 20k over asking price and my mom's house for 6k over asking price. She sacrificed some of her own commission to make sure my mom got what she was promised and we closed on time when the appraisal came through at lower than sales price due to an error in the MLS. Everyone there is amazing, including Deana in transactions! They all truly put "humans over houses!"
