Julie Karges

Born and raised in OC, Julie Karges brings her entrepreneurial expertise to First Team Christie's in Newport Beach. Raised on the 118-foot ship the "Pilgrim of Newport' built by her father, Julie has a lifelong passion for coastal living, loves developing residential properties and specializes in selling waterfront homes and estates. She also loves the history and culture of the area. Her family owns the first automobile ever purchased in the OC, a 1909 Buick that, at age 16, Julie led to a win at the Great American Race as the youngest navigator ever. As founder of Karges Media (clients include OC Marathon, the John Wayne Cancer Foundation, and the Newport Beach Fire and Lifeguards), Julie has developed a level of digital and video marketing skills that give her real estate clients a huge advantage in today's digitally driven world. Julie's business savvy and genuine passion for the OC leverage her creativity and enthusiasm for her clients. With the support of her husband Murphy, (founder of the OC band, Sugar Ray) and their three sons, Julie has established herself as a high performing agent in First Team Christie's family of luxury real estate professionals.
