ZillowVERIFIED Out of state, traveling from Florida, the house we were selling was to settle the estate of our deceased relative. We had an incredible selling experience. From start to finish, the time period between the listing and closing date was just over 10 weeks during a pandemic! The sale went about as smoothly as one could hope for with only a hiccup, and we even had a backup offer, if the original offer fell through.Julie and her office staff kept us informed and guided us through the process, being patient with us even though we had some serious technological ineptness. Besides her overall competence, Julie was ready with advice. But, surely getting the house air-conditioning fixed in the midst of a heatwave, at a reasonable price in only 2 days (when repairmen were backed up for 2 weeks) was a great achievement. Julie had handymen who put in 2 faucets, recommendations for clearing houses, and was even able to locate a hairdresser for me on the day of the funeral. Julie worked well with our estate lawyer and the title company staff. She cheerfully greeted relatives or estate customers who showed up while we worked to get the house ready for sale.If there were any real problems, Julie never showed any impatience or disappointment, plus she seemed to genuinely care about the circumstances that affected both the seller and the buyers.We strongly recommend her as a realtor.
