Julie Hummel

Originally from Upstate New York, where the St. Lawrence River & The Thousand Islands separate us from our Canadian neighbors, Julie was born and raised, the middle child of six in Ogdensburg, NY. Julie earned her Associates Degree in Management from SUNY Morrisville in 1981. In pursuit of continuing her education, she attended SUNY at Oswego where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing in 1983. After many cold winters in Ogdensburg and the desire to seek career opportunities in her areas of focus, she moved to Fort Myers, Florida in 1984! Before becoming a Realtor, Julie was a key-player in the area's Hospitality Industry. She served as Director of Sales and Marketing at beach and inland hotels. She received Radisson Hotel's Sales Manager of the Year award. Julie served as President of the Lee County Hotel Sales & Marketing Association for two consecutive terms and went on to earn the Certified Hospitality Marketing Executive (CHME) designation by the HSMAI. Julie has been a Realtor and licensed in Florida since 1999! She has been servicing buyers and sellers from all over the United States with all of their real estate needs. Specializing in Residential Sales, she is always seeking to increase her market knowledge through continuing education, earning designations and club memberships!
