Julie Held

Julie Held has been a real estate agent for 25 years and is co-owner of a real estate company in Northampton, Maple and Main Realty LLC. She obtained a broker's license in 2010. For most of those years, Julie has been a top producer for Hampshire and Franklin Counties in Western Massachusetts. Julie holds a B.A. from Barnard College in New York City, and began selling real estate after working as a program director in the field of non-profit adult education for over ten years. She was born and raised in Cambridge, MA, and settled in the Northampton area over 25 years ago. Her husband, Tom Martin, is an artist and they have two sons. Julie finds great satisfaction in working with her clients, many who have become friends over the years. She primarily works by referrals but welcomes new clients from other venues and in all different price ranges. She is a member of the Pioneer Valley Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Many of her past clients have described her as hard working, empathic and professional.
