ReviewIn 2014 I wasn't having any luck finding a home with the realtor I had. It had been almost a year with no luck and I was getting so frustrated. I was out looking at houses one weekend and that's how I met Julie she's very knowledgeable and dedicated to her clients. She not only found me a house in less then a month but it was one of the houses I had originally looked at with my other realtor and didn't get. Julie impressed me so much we teamed up again in 2018 for my next move to a bigger house in Burnsville.

Review LOOK NO FURTHER! Five stars isnt enough!! Julie is the third realtor we have worked with (2 from another state) and she is FAR AND AWAY the most dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working realtor! She is so prompt, tenacious and has great attention to detail. Julie asked us many questions and listened to all of our answers and ideas to find us the PERFECT home. Julie is truly one of a kind!

Review Julie is the best agent to work with. She helped my husband and I purchase our first home (a bank owned property). With over 20 years experience, her real estate knowledge and resources (loan officer, home inspectors, city/county code) are a combination hard to find in a real estate agent. She has over 20 years of experience. We are currently preparing to list our home and purchase our next one. Julie has already been working with us to get us in the best position from a selling stand point, recommending what updates we need or dont need to do for us to get top dollar. She has put us in contact with some brilliant loan officers that are helping us get into the best financial position possible for our next home. Added bonus is that she is a blast to work with!

I relocated from Seattle Washington to Minnesota, and I was referred to Jules Harris. I wasn't sure what the experience would be like. I can tell you, there is a reason why I was referred. Jules was able to show me all around the Twin City Metro area and point out features of each City. She listened to what was important to me, the criteria I was looking for and then ran with it to find me the perfect house. I am happy to say, we have been so happy with our purchase. Thanks Jules, I would refer you any time! Lee and Vicki

We bought our first house from Jules and we are so glad we did. She totally helped us from start to finish. She made us feel 100% comfortable. Now that we have two kids, it is time to start thinking about selling our home, and we will definitely use Jules to sell our home and buy another one with her. Merideth

Working with Jules was great. She helped me find my fist town home. She new so much about the market and sent me the most up to date properties that were available. We didn't waste any time getting out there to see them either. By utilizing her great negotiating skills, we were able to get the town home that I wanted. I am so happy that I used Jules and would recommend her to anyone else. Jack D.
